Outcome Management Committee
The Outcome Management Committee was responsible for ensuring the RPSD is useful to decision makers and will be implemented across the region. The Committee developed performance measures to ensure the planning goals were met, defined final metrics for tracking the plan’s success over the long term and layed the ground work for successful implementation of the plan. The Committee also prepared progress reports for the Consortium Partners, local elected officials and the general public with information about performance during the three-year planning process.
